Marcus Langford is an experienced senior manager having held positions as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Sales Manager in previous organisations, before joining Lightwell 14 months ago.
With over 30 years experience in the IT Industry, he has worked in pretty much every industry including Finance, Government and Distribution, which has given him a strong appreciation of the unique and sometimes similar challenges, each sector faces.
When not working, he loves to spend time in his birth county of Devon watching “The Chiefs” beat Bath, Bristol and Gloucester at Rugby! or he can occasionally be found on a bike or Paddle board in the summertime.
As Chairman of Coliance, Ian Wells oversees day-to-day business operations in addition to developing and shaping the company’s growth strategy and development initiatives. In 2013, Ian led and successfully completed the sale of Chase Consultancy Ltd, a company he co-founded in 2002, to Lightwell Inc (formerly Oxford Consulting Group). Following the sale, Ian continued as Managing Director EMEA, responsible for the running of Lightwell’s business unit outside of the US. Over the last 18 years Ian has been responsible for all aspects of the business at one time or another.
Ian holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from Bournemouth University in Information Systems Management. Along with his wife Laura, Ian also has a strong passion for education and is majority shareholder and licensed operator of The Learning Centre – Private Schools in Peyia, Cyprus www.tlccyprus.com
Professional Services Director
Stuart Stirling heads a team of consultants focused on delivering expertise in integration and commerce solutions, as well as providing world class support and managed services.
He has 20 years of experience with the IBM Sterling product suite, starting out in the insurance industry before joining Chase Consultancy Ltd in 2007. Stuart joined Lightwell (then Oxford Consulting Group) in 2013 via the acquisition of Chase Consultancy Ltd. Stuart progressed from
Consultant through to Managing Consultant and then Integration Delivery Manager for the UK before holding his current position at Coliance. Stuart graduated from the University of Dundee with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) and is a passionate football and tennis fan, as well as an avid traveller and lover of live music.
As Technical Director Chris has a keen focus on systems and business integration ensuring our customers are informed of the changes in the industry and our team of consultants are ready to face the challenges our customers set for us and trust us to deliver.
Chris graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a 2:2 Honours Degree in Information Technology. Working for Fisons Pharmaceuticals, Britannia Building Society and then Fine Décor in technical roles he gained a varied background. Joining first Sterling Commerce and then in a senior role for Chase Consultancy (acquired by Lightwell in 2013) he has over 25 years of experience in the field.
Chris has led and managed teams of consultants for almost all of the high-profile European accounts with Sterling Commerce before its acquisition by IBM.
With Chase Consultancy / Lightwell he continued to advise and lead on key projects as a business partner for many of IBM Sterling key customers in the B2B, Managed Communication, Integration, Supply Chain space.
Maria’s ethos and focused approach to marketing is reinforced by her flair and passion for design. With over 12 years experience, and having achieved award winning graphic designs in recent years, Maria’s areas of expertise include planning and strategy, creative graphics and direction, design aesthetics and visual concepts, online and digital marketing as well as business and brand development. Prior to her experience at Coliance, Maria held the position at Century 21 South Africa as the Group National Marketing Manager based in Johannesburg.
Maria relocated to Cyprus in late 2016 where she took on the challenge to work within the education sector and currently still focuses time in her role as Marketing Manager of TLC Private School in Pafos, Cyprus. Maria holds degrees in Graphic Design Communications, BA (Hons) and gained an MA in Marketing Communication.
When she is not working, Maria enjoys spending time with her family particularly outdoors. She also has a love for oil painting and photography.
