Competition Terms & Conditions

  • The Digital Operation Resilience Act (DORA)  hosted by IBM and Coliance competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older.
  • To enter the competition, participants must share, register and attend our free DORA event hosted by IBM and Coliance.
  • Donations must be made directly to a registered charity in accordance with UK law.
  • The prize consists of a £1000 donation to the registered charity of the winner's choice.
  • The entry period ends on 3 November 2023, at 17h00 GMT.
  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced at the DORA event on 4th October 2023.
  • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the registration. 
  • The prize donation of £1000 will be made directly to the registered charity chosen by the winner and cannot be made out to any nominated individual.
  • The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize, if applicable.
  • Participants will be disqualified if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions, engage in fraud, or provide false information.
  • Participant data will be used in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  • The competition organisers, being Coliance and IBM, are not liable for any issues related to the competition or the prize.
  • The competition organisers, being Coliance and IBM reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary, and will provide notice of any such changes.
  • The terms and conditions outlined herein are subject to the laws of the England and Wales, with any disputes falling under the jurisdiction of its courts.
  • By participating in this competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification.
